It’s all just down to simple maths & physics, and the laws of nature that define who gets power in an organisation:

Power = Work / Time

But, “Time is money“, so we can substitute this into the equation’s right hand side…

Power = Work / Money

But, “Knowledge is power“, so we can substitute this on the left hand side…

Knoweldge = Work / Money

Re-arrange the equation…

Money = Work / Knowledge

So as knowledge decreases (your boss IS stupid, right?), their money increases!
